Welcome to Breathing Space Yoga and Hypnobirthing, a place to calm the mind through yoga, meditation, & mindfulness. I am a practising midwife in Bristol, and I offer weekly pregnancy yoga classes. I also offer hypnobirthing sessions, pregnancy meditations, and birth reclaiming sessions.
I also host restorative yoga and meditation classes, open to all abilities and ages (no need to be pregnant to enjoy a dreamy rest!) All of these classes and offerings also make thoughtful gifts for a loved one, so please feel free to get in touch to gift a session.
Pregnancy yoga classes are on Monday 6-7pm and 7.30-8.30pm @ The Community Centre, St George-
