I’m pregnant, when is a good time to start pregnancy yoga?

Congratulations! You can start pregnancy yoga anytime from 12 weeks up until baby is born. Please let me know if you have any conditions or injuries.

I’ve never done yoga before, And i’m not flexible, can i still join pregnancy classes?

Absolutely! Classes are gentle, for complete beginners and you can drop out of any poses that don’t feel comfortable at any time. Classes also focus on breathwork, relaxation and birth preparation tips, so aren’t like a traditional yoga class.

I’ve never heard of restorative yoga, and am a beginner, can i join?

Yes, absolutely, this style is ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury or illness. We use props to completely support the body in seated poses, and enjoy guided relaxation. There are so many physical and mental benefits to be experienced, you won’t regret an hour spent resting!

I’d love to gift a class or session to a friend, how do i do this?

Yes, I was where you are a few years ago, curiousity is a great start! I can help you to try a few different styles of meditation, or if you already have a style in mind, I can offer a session or recorded meditation for you. Let’s chat!

I love restorative yoga, do you offer private classes for events?

Yes I do, if you would like a one to one, or would like to add a nurturing and relaxing class or workshop to your event, I would love to help! Hen dos, baby showers, school wellbeing sessions, birthdays, work away days, restorative yoga is open to everyone and anyone.
